ConnectVirginia provides a secure, confidential electronic system to support the exchange of patient medical records among participating health care providers in Virginia and beyond. ConnectVirginia is the Statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE) for the Commonwealth of Virginia that is being built with funding from the Virginia Department of Health and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
This initiative is being led by Community Health Alliance, Inc., a Virginia-based not-for-profit company led by a governing body of healthcare professionals and executives from across the Commonwealth.

NoVa RHIO is the Health Information Exchange for northern Virginia.
They do have a website, but it has very little information on it. It doesn't look like the website has been updated in a long time.
