It appears that HiPSET is the new name for the Montgomery County HIE (MCHIE)

MCHIE was targeting all of the hospitals and physicians in Montgomery, San Jacinto, Liberty, and Walker Counties, which are estimated at 13 hospitals and 789 physicians.
