CliniSync is Ohio’s statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE). CliniSync is intended to support the statewide exchange of health related information, allowing medical professionals in different regions to share lab results, patient histories, medication lists and other information about a patient’s care. The Ohio Health Information Partnership’s began connecting hospital systems in the summer of 2011. Thier primary vendor is Medicity.
