The Rio Grande Valley Health Information Exchange (RGV HIE) provides services to the extreme southern part of Texas.

From Brownsville to Laredo, patients will have the ability to provide medical information to those who need it most, just when they need it. Over a million citizens will have the potential to have their records accessible from the moment emergency medical services are dispatched, without having to sign hundreds of forms.
